1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- All items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, including any accessories and documentation.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items, gift cards, and items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Any items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations by third parties are not eligible for refunds.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved or not.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
4. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
